Your Chapters are Benefiting from the ELC Program |
The Fraternity Headquarters serves as the core of
the Triangle world. It is the administrative base
for the Fraternity and Foundation, our archives
are here, and the headquarters also serves as the
home for all of our initiatives designed to enrich
the Triangle experience for our members, both undergraduate
and alumni.
Of most significance to our undergraduate members
are the Educational Leadership Consulting Services.
These services provide leadership training and personal/professional
development learning opportunities to our undergraduate
members.
These services and learning opportunities are made
available in large and small group settings, with
men participating from many chapters and also in
settings for individual chapters. The Fraternity
Headquarters caters each educational program to
the specific group and does so by building a working
relationship so they can fully understand the wants
and needs of each particular group.
Active organizations, colonies and interest groups
have utilized the Triangle Educational Leadership
Consulting Services this year to assist with chapter
development planning, improving membership education,
training new officers during the transition process,
and leadership styles and skills training. |
